George House Trust is the North West’s leading HIV charity. We aim to promote the best quality of life for people with or affected by HIV. We have recently restructured our senior management team, and now require two highly committed and experienced professionals to join our dynamic Manchester-based organisation.
Director of Finance and Information Technology
35 hours per week. Scale PO3-5 £31,653 - £36,636 (plus 8% pension)
For this key role in the organisation, you will need significant experience in a senior financial management role, preferably holding a recognised financial qualification.
You will have a detailed knowledge of charity accounting requirements and standards and experience of risk management.
You will also have experience of co-ordinating and managing complex I.T. systems within an organisation, and have the ability to develop those systems according to future needs.
We require a team player, who is also self-motivated, and able to undertake high levels of delegated authority.
As a line manager, and a strategic director, you will have excellent leadership skills in order to assist the Chief Executive and trustees in the successful management of the organisation.
